Browsing the Aisles

So Miss P happily went with me to Home Goods a few days ago to look for bookends for her room. We didn’t find any, but she asked if she could snap some things that caught her eye. I was delighted with her interest to look and not purchase, so she took the camera!

Miss P saw this table on our way out. She liked that it was all sparkles and heavy. She pictured it in her room.

She thought this would look great in her brother’s room. I had to agree, and it was very reasonable in price.

Miss P liked the detail on the bottom of the side table. She also thought it would be perfect for her room.

I snapped this one. Nailhead trim, buttons, off-white, dark legs. Sold. In my mind anyway.

Tabletop perfection. This driftwood piece was huge and heavy. Definitely a statement piece.

I would never use these, they would be for display only on the front porch. They were amazing.

Miss P snapped this one. They had a lot of items from India. This piece was massive.

We had a nice stop there. Chatted together and I got to know what she liked and what she didn’t. Even though she is still young, she definitely had opinions and could tell me why certain things were her favorites. I have to say it was also a good lesson for her to know that you can go into a store and not buy and still have a good time.
